2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic orders within the United States, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days.

Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

3. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Hollis Head Spa is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, looking for delivery notices, or contacting the carrier for more details.
